Sharon Burns

Sharon's role involves overseeing activities within Customer Operations, Neighbourhoods, Cleanstart and Independent Living. She considers customer expectation and develop plans around this. She is responsible for making sure that customers receive the right services in the right way, and they offer the necessary support and help. This allows her to make sure customers are heard, and their views are represented and listened to.
