Ainė Kvedarienė (Staškūnaitė)

Ainė Kvedarienė (Staškūnaitė) has held a number of roles in the legal sector since 2006. Ainė began their career as the Head of Legal Division/Lawyer at Baltijos Garantas, DUAB (Non-Life insurance company) in 2006. Ainė then moved to Panevezys Regional Court as a Judge's Assistant in 2009, followed by a similar role at the Court of Appeal of Lithuania in 2010. In 2011, they became the Head of Legal Department and Compliance Manager at Compensa Vienna Insurance Group, ADB (previously Compensa TU S.A. Vienna Insurance Group Lithuanian). In 2012, they were appointed Head of Legal Department at Compensa Services, UAB (Insurance intermediary), where their duties included drawing-up and revision of contracts, management of company’s legal documentation, legal support to HR, preparation and revision of internal regulations, and assistance to the management in any legal matter. In 2018, they became the Senior Compliance Officer for Baltic at ERGO Insurance and ERGO Life Insurance (Baltics). Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Lead Legal at Trafi.

Ainė Kvedarienė (Staškūnaitė) obtained their Master's degree in Law from Vilnius University between 2003 and 2008.
