James Nicholson has a comprehensive work experience in various roles related to corporate responsibility and communications. James started their career as a Graduate Trainee Diamond Sorter at Diamond Trading Company in 2001. James then worked as a Public & Corporate Affairs Executive at Diamond Trading Company from 2004 to 2005. James joined Diamdel NV in 2005 as a Global Communications & Stakeholder Relations Manager. James then worked at De Beers from 2006, initially as an Assistant to the Director, External & Corporate Affairs / Corporate Citizenship Manager, and later as an External Affairs Manager and Global Internal Communications Manager. In 2010, they joined Trafigura as the Deputy Head of Corporate Affairs and subsequently became the Head of Corporate Responsibility.
