Josie Hutchings

Josie Hutchings is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory and financial services law. Currently serving as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Trafigura since September 2025, Hutchings previously held the position of Director at KPMG Law from December 2022 to September 2025, and spent nearly a decade at KPMG in various legal roles including Senior Manager. Prior experience includes working as an Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright and as a Trainee, along with a secondment to the IST regulatory legal team at BP. Hutchings holds an Accelerated LPC and a GDL from BPP Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Oxford.
