Kalash Lohiya

Kalash Lohiya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trade finance and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Trade Finance at Trafigura since September 2016, Kalash is responsible for managing the issuance of letters of credit, bank guarantees, and risk coverage for oil product purchases, while ensuring alignment between logistical requirements and financial risk considerations. Previous roles include Trade Support Analyst at Nomura, where Kalash processed various corporate bond trades, and Trade Analyst at Deutsche Bank, focusing on validating trade documents and assisting in the issuance of letters of credit. An internship at the State Bank of India involved analyzing the NPS model and suggesting efficiency improvements.
