Joe Kinard

Joe Kinard has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Joe is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Integrator at Trail Life USA since May 2021. Previously, they held the position of Director of Digital Engagement at Focus on the Family from September 2020 to May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Ecommerce Manager at Focus on the Family from August 2017 to September 2020.

Before joining Focus on the Family, Joe worked at Bass Pro Shops for over a decade. Joe served as the Basspro.com Lead Merchandiser for Fishing and Marine, responsible for driving growth and defining the company's online presence. Joe also worked as an Assistant Buyer (Merchant) and Space Planner during their tenure at Bass Pro Shops.

Joe's career began at Wal-Mart Stores Inc, starting as an hourly employee and eventually holding various positions such as Department Manager, Space Planning, and Customer Service Manager. Joe also served as the Assistant Store Manager, managing a team of direct reports and overseeing multiple departments.

Throughout their career, Joe has demonstrated a commitment to customer service and has gained valuable experience in digital engagement, ecommerce management, merchandising, and leadership roles.

Joe Kinard obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Arkansas in the years 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned an A.A. degree in General Studies from Ozarks Technical Community College between 2009 and 2012. In addition to their formal education, Joe has also obtained certifications, including "Magento Community Edition 2 Essential Training" from Lynda.com in March 2018 and the "Certified Internet Web Professional" certification from CIWcertified in May 2016.
