Bruno Dumas

Bruno Dumas is a Full Professor at Université de Namur, where since September 2014, involvement includes membership in the PReCISE Research Center, Namur Digital Institute (NADI), and co-direction of the Educ0Num Research Chair on Digital Education. Additionally, Bruno serves as Vice President of NADI and leads the Extended User Interactions (EXUI) research team. In September 2023, Bruno joined TRAIL - TRusted AI Labs as an Associate Professor and Board Member of the Scientific Committee. Previous roles include Lecturer at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, where responsibilities included creating and teaching a master-level computer science course and supervising theses, as well as post-doctoral research positions at the University of Fribourg focusing on multimodal interaction and evaluating joint psychology-computer science projects. Bruno holds a PhD and MSc in Computer Science from Université de Fribourg and a Federal Maturity in Latin/Literature.
