Nick Martin, CPA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Trailbreak Partners since November 2024. Prior roles include Vice President of Corporate Finance at The Dot Group from February 2023 to November 2024, and Vice President of Accounting & Corporate Finance at BMC Investments from January 2022 to February 2023. Nick also held the position of Senior Vice President of Accounting & Finance at GSA - Global Student Accommodation, a subsidiary of The Dot Group, from December 2020 to January 2022. Earlier in the career, Nick was Vice President of Accounting and Controller at University Communities from February 2014 to December 2020, and a lecturer at the University of Colorado Denver from August 2014 to May 2019, teaching Financial Statement Analysis and related courses. Additional experience includes financial management positions at Natural Grocers, Gart Properties LLC, CoreSite, and Wipfli LLP. Nick holds a Master of Science in Finance & Economics from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
