Charlie Russell

Charlie Russell has been a key member of Trailfinders since April 2006, advancing through various roles including Concierge & Operations Manager, Head of Database & Concierge, General Manager of the Concierge Department, Concierge Team Leader, and Senior First and Business Travel Consultant. In this capacity, Charlie focuses on frontline sales, account management, new business leads, customer service, and consultancy. Prior to Trailfinders, Charlie served as Sales Manager at Next Group PLC from January 2000 to January 2005, where responsibilities included managing a department of up to 70 staff in a flagship store, alongside training, performance management, and customer service. Charlie completed education at James Gillespies High School from 1999 to 2005.
