Richard McKinney

Richard McKinney has worked in the tech industry since 1998, starting as a Software Developer at Sophcom, Inc. Richard then moved on to Senior Programmer at Equifax in 2003, before taking on the role of Lead Programmer at Yatec Games in 2006. In 2010, they became Chief Technical Officer, Lead Programmer, and Games Programmer at Halfbrick Studios. From 2015-2018, they were Technical Director and Principal Engineer at King, and from 2018-present, they have been CTO at Trailmix.

Richard McKinney attained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Louisiana State University from 1998 to 2002. Richard also has certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance and a Microsoft Certified Applications Developer: C# from Microsoft.
