Jamie Menchaca

Jamie Menchaca is the Managing Director of People and Talent at TRAILS, where they provide executive strategy and support, advise on key decisions, communications, and talent management, and draft and execute long term strategic plans. They also serve as the Chief of Staff at vChief and Principal at OT&M Consulting LLC. Jamie has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, and a Master's degree in Secondary School Counseling from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
