Sebastian Rose

Sebastian Rose currently serves as a Data Engineering Manager at Trailstone Group since October 2023. Prior experience includes a tenure at Morressier from December 2017 to May 2023, where roles included Director of Data, Data Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the mission of supporting research professionals with innovative tools. Sebastian also worked as a Data Engineer and Software Engineer at IPlytics GmbH from October 2015 to November 2017, focusing on software design and feature implementation. Prior to that, Sebastian operated as a Freelancer in database and backend development from November 2014 to September 2015, and held positions as a Research Assistant and Student Research Assistant at Universität zu Köln from April 2009 to February 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Cologne.
