Denise Fletcher

Denise Fletcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and therapeutic roles. As Co-Founder of the Train of Thought Chess Program since November 2006, Denise has demonstrated a commitment to innovative educational initiatives. Previously, Denise served as the GRYD Program Director at Brotherhood Crusade from September 2018 to November 2019, and as Wraparound Program Manager at DREW CHILD DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION from June 2015 to August 2018. Denise's earlier experience includes positions as Program Manager/Youth Specialist Supervisor and Therapist at Hathaway-Sycamores Child & Family Services from September 2008 to December 2014. Academically, Denise holds a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling with a specialization in African American Family Studies from Pacific Oaks College, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Clark Atlanta University.
