Stephen Doughty Sr

Stephen Doughty Sr has extensive experience in the aviation support sector, currently serving as a GE Aviation Support Specialist and Qatar Team Leader at TRAINCROFT, INC. since January 2010. In this role, Stephen provides customer support and conducts engine test and maintenance training for the F110-GE-129C/E Augmented Turbofan Engine. Previously, from January 2010 to November 2020 at Traincroft Inc./GE Aviation, Stephen led the establishment of the F110 and T700 Depot Program and developed comprehensive maintenance and training programs for both engine lines. Additional roles included serving as a GE Warranty Representative, where Stephen maintained and trained military customers on the F110-GE-129 GE Warranty Program, and as an F110-GE-129C Maintenance and Test Cell Instructor, focusing on engine maintenance and test bed operations training for military personnel.
