Iiris Heikari

Iiris Heikari has a diverse background in customer service, event management, and finance. Experience includes working as a waitress at Långvik Congress Wellness Hotel from June 2016 to July 2018, where Iiris managed event organization and table service. Prior to that, Iiris served as a barista at Starbucks from September 2013 to June 2016, contributing to the opening of the first Starbucks Coffee House in Helsinki while ensuring high-quality service. Since May 2018, Iiris has held multiple roles at Trainers' House, currently serving as Finance Manager. Additionally, Iiris worked at Professio as an Event Experience Ambassador and Customer Data Assistant from January 2017 to April 2018, participating in the production of innovative events in Finland and Sweden.
