Peer Mohaideen Sait is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in the fields of artificial intelligence, capacity building, and performance management. As the Co-Founder of EQUITYOWN since January 2024 and Founder & CEO of INNOWORK since May 2017, Peer has developed innovative platforms focusing on B2B competency identification and dynamic performance management. Additionally, Peer founded Training Calendar, the first AI-driven personalized skill development platform, and Black Cube Solutions, aimed at addressing challenges in skill development and human capital. Previous roles include strategic advisory positions at Parsons and Abu Dhabi Municipality, as well as leadership in multiple management consultancies. Peer holds an MBA from Hult International Business School and has completed various executive education courses at prestigious institutions like Harvard Business School and The Wharton School.
