Mike Sobczak

Mike Sobczak has been involved in the fitness industry since 2010, starting off as a Personal Trainer at Central Bucks Family YMCA. In 2014, Mike became a Franchise Owner at Training for Warriors, where Mike motivates and educates individuals in fitness. Additionally, Mike has experience as an Instructional Assistant at Foundations Behavioral Health, where Mike assisted teachers with behavioral data collection. Mike actively participates in webinars to stay updated on fitness standards and practices.
