Peter Bodin

Peter Bodin has over 10 years of experience in professional development, sales and client relations, and team lead roles. Peter began their career in 2011 as a Team Lead at Stericycle, where they supervised, trained, and mentored a team of 15+ remote call center agents on phone etiquette and new customer acquisition. Peter also assisted 1000+ medical time sensitive customers per day and professionally provided successful resolutions with client-focused care. In 2019, they joined SolutionStart as an Inside Sales / Client Relations Specialist. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Director of Professional Development at Training Industry, Inc.

Peter Bodin attended Nassau Community College from 2011 to 2012. Peter then attended Wake Technical Community College from 2013 to 2014, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA degree. Finally, they attended North Carolina State University from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in English.
