Senior Manager, Client Service APAC & Middle East at Training The Street

Carmen Li has been working in the professional world since 2007. Carmen started their career as a Property Management Trainee/Officer at Sino Group. In 2010, they joined Talent2 as a Team Coordinator. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Coutts as an International Learning & Professional Development employee. Carmen then moved to Citi where they worked in Human Resources until 2016. In 2016, they joined AMT Training as a Client Services Manager for the APAC region. Her current role is Senior Manager, Client Service APAC & Middle East at Training The Street, which they have held since 2023. In their current role, they work with clients to identify and define specific learning requirements, matching program content with their business objectives.

Carmen Li received their MSc in International Management from King's College London in 2007 and their BSc in Accounting with Law from the University of East Anglia in 2006. In October 2019, they obtained a Certified Facilitator for LEGO Serious Play from SERIOUSWORK > LEGO Serious Play Facilitation Training.
