Pearl Stanley has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Pearl began their career at EXCEL CALLNET as a Customer Care Associate, where they handled inbound and outbound calls and assisted in training new staff. Pearl then worked at Wipro Spectramind as a Process Associate, achieving sales targets and providing quality customer service. Pearl later joined VERTEX CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT as a Sr. Executive, focusing on training and development. At IBM Global Process Services, they held various positions, including Deputy Manager and Manager, overseeing training projects and managing operations. Most recently, Pearl worked at Trainline as the Head of Operations in India, responsible for overall operations, service delivery, and vendor management. Throughout their career, Pearl has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer service skills.

Pearl Stanley holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Eastern Institute For Integrated Learning In Management.
