Zafarullah Hashim

Zafarullah Hashim has extensive work experience in various management and business development roles. Zafarullah is currently the Managing Director at Trainocate Group, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Zafarullah served as the Managing Director of MINERAL SOURCE PVT LTD, a large-scale wholesaler for blue sapphires and spinels, starting in 2008. Zafarullah also worked as the CEO of Trainocate South East Asia New Markets from 2021 to 2022, and as the General Manager of Trainocate Group, responsible for emerging markets, Middle East, and Africa, from 2020 to 2021.

Before joining Trainocate Group, Zafarullah worked as the Business Development Manager for H One Private Limited in Bangladesh and Maldives, where they helped to start operations and expand market share for Microsoft solutions. Zafarullah also served as the Head of Operations for Sri Lanka and Maldives at EZY Avantus and as a Business Development Specialist for Avantus Training Pte Ltd, focusing on emerging markets in the Asia Pacific region.

Zafarullah began their career at Autozone Lanka Pvt Ltd, starting as a Sales Executive and progressing to become the Business Development Manager. In this role, they provided administrative support to the sales department, managed international business projects, and led the sales team.

Zafarullah Hashim obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business from the University of South Australia between 2005 and 2008. Zafarullah also holds certifications as an Event Speaker for the Leading Learning Partners Association's C3 Global Cloud Skills v-Tour 2022 and as a Minecraft Global Training Partner with Microsoft in 2022.
