Ioakeim Sventzidis

Ioakeim Sventzidis is currently the Head of Customer Care at Hellenic Train S.A., overseeing customer service-related tasks and reporting to the supervisor. Previously, Ioakeim held positions such as Railroad Conductor and Sales Manager at companies like Conik S.A. and Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company. Ioakeim has a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is pursuing a Master's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Ioakeim has completed various education programs in counseling, orientation, and special education.
