Hanny Kanafani

Hanny has 25 years of experience leading R&D teams in global strategy, technology and product development for packaged foods/beverages, food service, and flavors and ingredient-systems industries. His leadership in product development and driving commercialization through effective business planning places Hanny as the right leader to lead Trait’s commercialization efforts. Hanny holds his Ph.D. in Food Science / Microbiology from the University of Illinois.
