Jiří Hlavatý

Jiří Hlavatý has over 30 years of work experience in the software development industry. Jiří started their career as a Programmer at the company "Ústav mikropočítačů" from 1990 to 1992, where they developed programs, installed operating systems and applications, and provided training to computer users. From 1992 to 2006, Jiří worked at PJsoft s.r.o. as the Head Programmer, leading a team of 6 programmers and being responsible for the full lifecycle development process. Jiří designed and modified GIS programs, routing algorithms, spatial searching algorithms, and data optimization algorithms. In 2006, Jiří joined Trakm8 as the Managing Director and Head Programmer of their Prague subsidiary. Jiří led a team of 12 developers and contractors and collaborated with development teams in the UK. Jiří'sresponsibilities included overseeing the development and sales departments, designing and manufacturing tracking devices and vehicle cameras, and developing software applications for telematics, fleet management, and route optimization.

Jiří Hlavatý obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Prague International Business School between 1997 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at ČVUT FSI from 1984 to 1988, receiving an Ing. degree in the field of Robots and Manipulators.
