Sarah Zhafira

Sarah Zhafira is a dedicated professional in the field of human capital and people development, currently serving as People Development Management at Traktor Nusantara since January 2023. Previously, Sarah completed an intensive Human Capital Trainee program at PT Astra International Tbk, where experiences included developing counseling programs and enhancing employee training initiatives. Additional roles include Learning Material Designer at PartnerInc, where Sarah managed education projects and designed engaging learning content, and Content Developer at Lingua Space, focusing on material creation for language learners. Earlier experiences encompass working as a Special Education Teacher Assistant at Sekolah Mandiga and a Teacher at Terminal Hujan Bogor, alongside a Human Resources Internship at Indonesia Infrastructure Finance. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
