Scott MacKenzie

Scott Mackenzie is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. As President and CFO of Kantola Training Solutions since September 2018, Scott focuses on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion through innovative eLearning solutions. In addition, Scott serves as Managing Director at Ridgeway Growth Capital, a special purpose fund dedicated to acquiring mission-driven businesses. Scott co-founded Orion Transformers and Electrics and Electro-Maxx, contributing to the growth of electrical equipment and independent power production in Africa. Additionally, Scott led Simba Telecom, the largest mobile phone retailer in East Africa, as CEO. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Bain & Company, a leading business consulting firm. Scott holds an MBA in International Development and Public Management from Stanford University and a BS in Chemical Engineering with High Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
