Marek Krizka

Marek Krizka has a diverse work experience in the legal and strategic field. Marek is currently the Co-Founder & CEO of Sparring, a legal & strategic service for tech companies. Marek co-founded the company in 2018 and is responsible for providing everyday legal support to small and big tech entrepreneurs. Marek also serves as the US Co-Founder / Attorney-at-law at Trama since June 2020. In addition, they are a Board Member at Capila since January 2023. Marek has previously worked as the Interim CLO at Daylight from September 2020 to December 2022. Marek also held positions at Vacuumlabs, where they served as a Senior Legal Consultant from May 2020 to December 2022, a Legal and BizDev Associate from June 2018 to May 2020, and a Legal Intern from June 2017 to May 2018. Marek's experience also includes working as a Legal Counsel / Company Secretary at Tribal from August 2019 to August 2020 and as a Student Associate at Hillbridges from July 2016 to June 2018.

Marek Krizka has a well-rounded education history. Marek began their academic journey at the Bilingual grammar school of Milan Hodza, where they completed their general secondary education from 2009 to 2014. Following this, they pursued higher education at King's College London from 2014 to 2018, focusing on Law with Transnational Legal Studies. During their time at King's College, they further enhanced their legal knowledge by spending a year (2016-2017) at the Georgetown University Law Center's Center for Transnational Legal Studies. Marek Krizka's dedication to their field is evident from their certification as an Attorney and Counselor at Law, which they obtained from the New York State Unified Court System in September 2020.
