Jin Yan Chua has held a variety of roles in the banking and financial services industry. In 2011, they started their career as a Retail Sales Intern at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. In 2012, they moved to Winnington Group Limited as a Summer Analyst. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Citi in various roles, including Relationship Manager and Assistant Relationship Manager in the Offshore Bank. In 2019, they joined WeWork as an Associate in Inside Sales. Currently, they are the Chief Customer Officer at TRAMÉS Pte Ltd.

Jin Yan Chua attended the Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate. In 2010, they participated in the International Multicultural Program at Fudan University. From 2010 to 2013, they attended the University of Michigan, graduating with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Economics.
