Seth Bolte

Seth Bolte is an experienced construction professional currently serving as Vice President and Senior Construction Manager at Trammell Crow Company since March 2016, overseeing multiple multifamily residential projects in the Washington DC Metro Area. Prior to this, Seth Bolte held roles as Senior Purchasing/Preconstruction Manager and Senior Project Manager at Foulger-Pratt Companies from January 2002 to February 2016, managing a diverse range of projects including retail, multifamily, condominium, office, government, and historic renovation. Seth Bolte began their career at Manhattan Construction Company, where a tenure of nine years culminated in the position of Project Manager. Seth Bolte earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University between 1990 and 1994.
