Hugo Zendejas

Hugo Zendejas has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Hugo began their career in 2002 as an IT Delegate at UPG Guadalajara, where they managed IT operations and implemented technology solutions to enhance business processes and productivity. Hugo later served as an IT Delegate at UPG Monterrey, overseeing IT operations and aligning IT services with business needs. In 2011, they became the IT Manager at Dickten Masch Plastics, where they implemented ITIL best practices and led cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes. From 2013 to 2020, Zendejas worked at New Process Steel, where they held multiple roles such as Business Application Support Manager, Change Advisory Board Member, Project Manager, Dynamics AX Item Master Owner, Business Intelligence Analyst, Software Quality Assurance, and Business System Analyst. In these roles, they facilitated meetings with stakeholders, translated business requirements into comprehensive documentation, collaborated with cross-functional teams, and implemented technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and meet business goals. In 2020, Zendejas joined Infosys as a Senior Project Manager, leading a high-impact project to implement an enterprise-wide business intelligence solution. Currently, they are the Director of Information Technology at Trancasa, where they successfully led the digital transformation initiative and implemented a robust ITIL framework, resulting in increased operational efficiency and reduced IT costs. Throughout their career, Zendejas has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills, effective project management, and a focus on driving innovation and collaboration.

Hugo Zendejas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Network and System Administration/Administration in 2003 from Universidad del Valle de Atemajac. In 2018, they received a certification in ITIL 3 from Pluralsight, and in 2020, they completed courses in ITIL 4 and Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Pluralsight.
