Andrena Brunson MBA, PHR, RPA is an experienced professional in benefits administration and management. Currently serving as Pension Manager at Trane Technologies since September 2023, Andrena leads and develops direct reports while managing performance evaluations. Prior to this role, Andrena was AVP/Administrative Benefits Manager at Employee Benefits Solutions, overseeing benefit calculations and department procedures from September 2020 to September 2023.
