Christian Polking

Christian Polking currently serves as General Counsel for Residential HVAC at Trane Technologies since April 2024. Prior to this role, Christian worked at Arrival as Head of Commercial Legal Affairs from July 2021 to April 2024 and at CPI Security as VP Legal and Business Planning from November 2020 to June 2021. Christian's extensive legal experience includes a significant tenure at Ingersoll Rand, where roles ranged from Interim General Counsel to Assistant General Counsel across various business sectors. Before transitioning to in-house roles, Christian was an Associate at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, focusing on transactional and corporate matters. Christian holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature from The Catholic University of America.
