Collette Mattmiller

Collette Mattmiller, MSOD, is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as HR Leader for Life Science Solutions at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Collette has held various key HR leadership roles, including HR Leader for Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Human Resources Director for Strategy and Innovation. Prior to Trane Technologies, Collette held multiple positions at Ingersoll Rand from 2011 to 2020, including Global HR Director for IT and Legal, where talent development and engagement were central focuses. Earlier career experiences include roles at Titanium Holdings and Aerotek, emphasizing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies. Collette holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
