Crystel Ducksworth

Crystel Ducksworth is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Director of Finance for Trane Supply and Integrated Supply Chain at Trane Technologies since January 2016, Crystel previously held various finance roles at Ingersoll Rand - RS HVAC from April 2008 to March 2020, including Director of Finance for Integrated Supply Chain and Finance Manager. Crystel’s career began at Trane in 2004, followed by positions at Lastra America and an internship at Squyres Johnson Squyres & Co. Crystel holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Stephen F. Austin State University.
