Gina McCune

Gina McCune is a seasoned professional in IT business transformation with extensive experience in program management and value stream transformation. Currently serving as the Global IT Business Transformation Deployment Leader at Trane Technologies since July 2019, Gina oversees the $35M WorkSight Equipment deployment program, enhancing customer and employee experiences. Prior to Trane Technologies, Gina held various roles at Ingersoll Rand from August 2001 to July 2019, including OTC Value Stream Manager and Senior Order Management Manager, where responsibilities encompassed value stream transformation and leading Oracle Order Management implementations at global manufacturing sites. Gina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Minnesota, earned in 2001.
