Joe Ricciardi

Joe Ricciardi, MBA, currently serves as the Digital Initiatives Program Manager and Strategic Initiatives Program Manager at Trane Technologies, focusing on transformational programs within the Residential HVAC and Supply business unit. Prior to this role, Joe held positions at Ingersoll Rand, managing a portfolio of complex projects valued at approximately $15 million yearly and overseeing Plant Air centrifugal compression projects. As Chief Operations Officer at Chip Down, LLC, Joe led operations for an innovative backyard game aimed at golfers. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo. Additional experiences include roles as a Student Technical Assistant and a founding member and Treasurer of the Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.
