Mahesh Khidkikar

Mahesh Khidkikar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and development. Currently serving as a Salesforce Sr. Technical Architect at Trane Technologies since August 2023, responsibilities include leading Salesforce initiatives and implementing B2B eCommerce solutions. Previously, Mahesh held the position of Salesforce Architect at Hanover Research from August 2018 to August 2023, focusing on improving code readability and integrating Salesforce with Workday. Prior roles include Salesforce, Siebel, and IVR Developer at CNSI, where Mahesh contributed to various Salesforce products and integrations, along with being a Research Intern and Teaching Assistant at UMass Dartmouth. Mahesh began the career as a Business Analyst at Deloitte, Senior Software Engineer at Hexaware Technologies, and an intern at the Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, building a solid foundation in software engineering and database management. Mahesh earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University.
