Mike Leggat

Mike Leggat is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Trane Technologies since March 2020, Leggat previously held the role of Director of Executive Compensation & Benefits at Ingersoll Rand from May 2012 to March 2020. Prior to that, roles included Executive Compensation at Bank of America and a Senior Compensation Consultant position at Wachovia Corporation, where responsibilities included managing compensation for over 31,000 employees. Earlier in their career, Leggat worked as a Compensation Consultant at Towers Perrin and as a Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse. Leggat possesses an MBA in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia.
