Nick Schams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in electrical design and product architecture. Currently serving as the Water-Cooled Chief Product Architect and previously holding positions as Engineering Manager and Electrical Design Manager at Trane Technologies since February 2019, Nick has honed leadership and technical skills in product development. Prior to this role, experience includes serving as an Electrical Designer at Polaris Industries from September 2016 to February 2019 and a similar position at Ingersoll Rand from April 2007 to September 2016. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Project Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Organizational Management, both obtained from Viterbo University, as well as an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Mechanical Drafting from Western Technical College.
