Tom Troyanek

Tom Troyanek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the HVAC industry, currently serving as the Complex & Global Accounts Director and Strategic Program Manager at Trane Technologies since April 2020. In this role, Tom is responsible for managing global accounts and ensuring the successful implementation of strategic account plans to demonstrate value to clients. Previously, Tom held various leadership positions at Trane, including Americas Sourcing Director, where the focus was on developing and sourcing HVAC products globally, and Procurement Manager, responsible for implementing strategies across distribution. Early in the career at Trane, Tom worked as a Regional Sales Consultant and Product Specialist, managing sales goals and supporting product platforms. Tom began the professional journey at Paul's Heating and Air Conditioning, providing customer service and supporting sales. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Management, and Procurement from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
