Upasana Prasad

Upasana Prasad has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Leader for HVAC India & SAARC at Trane Technologies since May 2018. Previously, Upasana held the position of Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Johnson Matthey from September 2015 to May 2018, and served as Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Grohe from October 2013 to September 2015. Key competencies include talent acquisition, talent retention, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and legal compliance. Upasana holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on HR and International Business from IMT Ghaziabad (2009-2012) and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Gauhati University (2006-2009), along with an Associate's Degree in Commerce from the same institution (2004-2006). Early education was completed at St. Joseph's Convent (1992-2004).
