Vinitha Nalla

Vinitha Nalla is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Bus HVAC Engineering, Sustaining and Q&R Manager at Trane Technologies since February 2012. With a robust background in quality improvement and project management, Vinitha has successfully led projects resulting in significant cost savings of $1.2M-$2M and has a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams for efficient product development and field implementations. Prior roles include senior positions in new product development and reliability engineering, as well as experience in the medical device sector at Medtronic and the aerospace industry with Air India Limited. Vinitha holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and is pursuing a Master's in Reliability Engineering at the University of Maryland. Additionally, Vinitha is recognized as the Chair and Founder of the TK WE initiative and has contributed to academia as an undergraduate instructor.
