Aaron James possesses extensive experience in groundskeeping, currently serving as the Head Groundsperson at Tranmere Rovers FC since June 2017, where responsibilities have included overseeing the training ground and previously held positions as Head Groundsman, Assistant Groundsman, and Groundskeeper. Additionally, Aaron James held the role of Head Groundsman at IFK Göteborg from May 2021 to September 2021, further enhancing expertise in turf management and maintenance within professional sports environments.
