Sebastián Gaviria Giraldo

Sebastián Gaviria Giraldo has held various positions in the technology industry since 2013. In 2013, they were a Monitor of Fundamentals of Programming for Design and a Monitor of Design in the E-Learning Office at Universidad Icesi. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Web Programmer at Paraleloz Arquitetura, Design e Web Ltda. where they developed front-end web applications with CMS integration, created custom components, and migrated an in-house CMS to WordPress. In 2016, they became a Full Stack Engineer at Colegio Bolivar where they developed a new publishing system using WordPress and React. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Adjunct Professor at Universidad ICESI where they taught courses in web programming, advanced web programming, and designing with algorithms. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Tranqui Finanzas where they are responsible for developing a React-based web application for personal finance assistance, optimizing the Django back-end API, and making software architecture design decisions.

Sebastián Gaviria Giraldo completed their Master's degree in User Experience Design from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet between 2018 and 2019. Sebastián also obtained their Diseñador de Medios Interactivos degree from Universidad ICESI between 2010 and 2015, with a focus in Diseño multimedia.
