João Luís Marques

João Luís Marques has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. João Luís started their career as a Software Programmer at SPADES in 1995 and later moved on to become the Information Technology Manager at Arneg Portuguesa in 1997. In 1999, they joined Cimpomovel Veiculos Ligeiros as the Information Technology Manager and stayed there until 2001. João Luís then transitioned to Cimpomovel Gestão e Participações, where they served as the Board Advisor for a few months before becoming the Head of Information Technology from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they joined Midas Portugal as the Head of Information Technology and Head of Procurement until 2009. João Luís'smost recent position was at Tranquilidade, where they started as the Commercial Operations Specialist in 2009 and eventually became the Operations Director in 2016.

João Luís Marques earned a Bachelor's degree in Informatics and Business Management from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, completing their studies from 1992 to 1997. João Luís later pursued a Postgraduate degree in Information Systems Management from the same institution, which they completed from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, João Luís Marques obtained an Executive MBA through a Postgraduate program at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa from 2005 to 2006.
