Andrew Lam

Andrew Lam has extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Technical Operations at Tranquis Therapeutics, Inc. since 2022. Prior to this role, Andrew held various leadership positions including Vice President of CMC at Retrotope, Inc. from 2019 to 2022, and Vice President of Product Development at ESPERO BIOPHARMA INC from 2017 to 2018, among others. Andrew's career also includes significant roles at Armetheon, Inc. and Altheos Inc., as well as a tenure at Exelixis, Inc. as Executive Director of Formulation, CMC. Andrew started at ALZA Corporation, where the role of Director of Product Development was held from 1988 to 2001, before advancing to Senior Director of L-OROS Technology Development with Johnson & Johnson (ALZA).
