Dávid Balázs

Dávid Balázs is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer experience and support roles. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Consultant at Trans.eu Group since July 2021, Dávid excels in customer onboarding, relationship management, and retention strategies, while also providing proactive support and training. Previously held positions include Customer Support Specialist, Sales Development Representative, and Sales Consultant and Support Specialist, where expertise in customer business development and cross-selling was demonstrated.
