Sergio Alvarado

Sergio Alvarado is an experienced HR and EHS manager currently working at Trans-Matic Mfg. Co. since March 2022, previously serving as EHS Manager at Tupy from February 2021 to March 2022, where efforts included the implementation of health and safety strategies across four plants. Prior to this, from October 2008 to January 2021, Sergio was the EHS Leader at ArcelorMittal Monterrey, responsible for executing annual EHS strategies and achieving ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications. Earlier roles include serving as HR Representative at Thomas & Betts, handling recruitment and labor relations, and as HR Services Representative at Danfoss, focusing on payroll and training.
