Alan Lawton has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Alan started their career in 1985 as a Field Engineer/Analyst at Exxon-Mobil, where they worked until 1990. Alan then joined Pioneers in 1994 as a Project and Team Leader, and remained with the company until 2012. In 2012, Lawton joined TWR as the US Director of Mobilization and Human Resources, as well as the Director of Mobilization (Recruiting) and Internships, and Director of US Mobilization. Lawton's roles at TWR are ongoing as the end dates are not provided.
Alan Lawton attended Wheaton College from 1980 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Pre-Engineering. From 1983 to 1985, they attended the University of Illinois, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Subsequently, they studied at Trinity Divinity School from 1990 to 1993, completing a Master's degree in Cross-cultural Communications.
