Mike Lambert has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career at Alltemated, Inc. in 1999, where they served as a Process Engineer, focusing on developing manufacturing methods, performing time studies, job costing analysis, and creating customer quotes. In 2002, they joined Littelfuse, Inc. as a Quality Engineer. Later, they worked at Shure Incorporated, where they held various roles, including Quality/Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Data Engineer. At Shure, they were responsible for improving global quality systems and tools, developing and maintaining quality metrics, and serving as the subject matter expert for the SAP QM module. Most recently, Mike has been with TWR since 2013, where they initially served as a Missionary Appointee and is currently raising support to become a Transmitter Engineer at TWR's radio station in Swaziland. In this role, they will be responsible for broadcasting the gospel to countries across central and southern Africa.

Mike Lambert earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from DeVry, where they studied from 1994 to 2003. In 2005, they pursued further education at the American Society for Quality and obtained a certification as a Certified Quality Engineer. Later, in 2007 and 2008, Mike underwent Six Sigma Black Belt Training at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
